rosResident Expert on Building a Fulfilling Career, Making a Difference, Work & Life Balance

Ros Toynbee is passionate about enabling women to have fulfilling careers without compromising on personal authenticity or work-life balance.

With 14 years + experience as an executive career management coach and inspirational workshop leader, Ros enables women to achieve what they want by leveraging their natural strengths and living their values, rather than being someone they are not or trying to conform with cultural norms.

Her clients shift from being competent practitioners to fully fledged leaders; from spinning their wheels to working smart, being respected and enjoying time outside of work again; and from feeling under-confident to becoming bold and making a bigger difference in their organisations and their world.

Ros also works with organisations to create great places to work by developing coaching cultures and development opportunities which honour, celebrate and capitalise on the diversity within them.

Ros is CoachU and Newfield trained and is an NLP Practitioner. She has a PCC accreditation with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a member of the Association for Coaching. Before becoming a coach, Ros was a qualified solicitor in Scotland and had a career in broadcasting with the BBC and Scottish Television. She has a seven year old daughter and lives in London.
