This session’s topic for discussion is “Engaging Men in the Gender Diversity Conversation”.

We will explore how to engage men in the topic of gender balance.  What are the challenges?  What resonates more or less with men?  How can we make the gender agenda less about gender and more about the greater good of the firm, the organisation and the men and women who work there?
